Bug’s
Life,
known
in
Dutch
as
Een
Luizenleven,
was
released
in
1999
in
the
Netherlands,
following
its
original
U.S.
premiere
in
late
1998.
Produced
by
Pixar
Animation
Studios
and
released
by
Disney,
the
film
told
the
story
of
Flik,
a
misfit
ant
who
sets
out
to
save
his
colony
from
a
gang
of
bullying
grasshoppers
by
recruiting
a
group
of
circus
bugs.
Directed
by
John
Lasseter
and
co-directed
by
Andrew
Stanton,
the
film
was
praised
for
its
groundbreaking
computer
animation
and
heartwarming
message
about
courage,
teamwork,
and
believing
in
yourself.
In
the
Netherlands,
Een
Luizenleven
was
released
with
a
fully
Dutch-dubbed
version,
making
it
widely
accessible
and
enjoyable
for
children.
Dutch
audiences
were
captivated
by
its
colorful
world,

lovable

like
Flik,
Princess

To
support

release,
McDonald’s
in

Luizenleven

Meal

caterpillar

with
