Muppets
were
created
by
Jim
Henson
in

mid-1950s,

D.C.

show

Sam
and
Friends
in
1955.
Henson’s

puppetry

Muppets

talk
shows
and
commercials,
gaining
popularity.
Their
big
break
came
with
Sesame
Street
in
1969,

they

worldwide.
In
1976,
The
Muppet
Show
launched
internationally,
making
Kermit
the
Frog,
Miss
Piggy,
and
others
household
names.
Henson’s
vision

to
new
heights,
blending
entertainment
